- Continuous improvement of the Management System ensuring the availability of resources and the establishment of suitable systems of monitoring, measurement and analysis of processes.
- Instruct, motivate and involve the whole team in the management and development of the Quality and Environmental Management System which is an element of integration and satisfaction for the workers.
In order to reach these general objectives, we will fix together our quality and environmental specific objectives.
